There are three order statuses on T-Portal: Pending, Active, and Completed.
- Pending status means that your order was successfully submitted, but payment is pending. In this case, you need to pay to activate your order.
- Active status means that your order has been activated and linguists are currently working on it.
- Completed status means that your order has been finalized and delivered. You will find your completed file under Downloads.
